"Caramelo" is spanish for caramel.. We are a New York based urban Latin restaurant serving Latin-fusion inspired dishes and cocktails. Our décor will have vibrant colors like hot pink, turquois and purple with a caramel or cream base. We are looking for a modern like look with a Miami type feel with a logo that really pops off the page.
